Useful OS X Keyboard Shortcuts!

Print it out, fold in two, and trim around the edges – keep it on your desk next to your Mac to master the key board shortcuts today!

Update: Some people are reporting that the PDF download won’t open, or is locking Safari up. It works for everyone at Small Dog, and for the vast majority of people who are trying to download it. You can right click (or control-click) on the link to the PDF and select “Download Linked File,” or simply email me at ed@smalldog.com with the subject “get shortcuts,” and I will send you the file. We’ll continue to investigate the cause of this problem.

Update #2: Please email ed@smalldog.com with “get shortcuts” in the subject line. He’ll email you back with the PDF. Thanks :)

This one’s a winner, I just forwarded it to all my recently (and stubborn) Mac user friends. 4serious, my biggest pet peeve is mac peeps NOT using shortcuts, helloy get with it geniuses – also printed a copy out for the office at fredflare.com (all mac users!). UR a hero!

  6. Good grief Charlie Brown!! All I had to do was click: Keyboard Shortcuts Sheet [PDF] and it downloaded just fine! And I don’t even know what I’m doing!! If my husband only knew why my computer always needs his help. I’m always using the wrong keys or going where I don’t belong. OOPS!! Anyway, thanks for the shortcuts!

    I too had difficulty with the download. The title’s “link” does nothing but refresh the web page. Doing a “right click-download linked file” does the same. I went ahead and emailed the generous author, but perhaps the webmaster needs to re-test the link on some older Macs (G4, etc.) if they have not yet done this.
